What is the return or refund policy? 

Due to the nature of our products all orders are non-refundable and final sale. Please be advised that once you place an order you accept and understand that all sales are final and non-refundable.

I placed an order online how long does it take to receive it?

All product orders usually are shipped within 3-5 business days unless extended as shown at top of site header. Tracking info is emailed once shipped.

Are there any added suggestions when using your products?

For any of our products we highly suggest consulting your physician before beginning use. We also suggest discontinuing use if you have any form of irritation. Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT offer refunds and all sales are final (NO EXCEPTIONS)
